Managers Lease Area
The northwest corner of the lobby level of the building currently houses areas that are being occupied and utilized by the rental manager for administration and rental management functions of The Pinnacles. These areas include the commercial laundry area, office/video storage room, and the housekeeping and storage rooms. These areas are indicated in floorplan available in Photo image 6.
Please note that these areas are "common area" and although owned by the strata corporation (owners) they are leased to the rental manager and a source of income for the strata corporation and all owners. The current lease amount is $1,000.00 per month and indicated as "lease income" on the Interim Budget. It is anticipated this arrangement will continue for the years ahead but the future of this area will ultimately be up to the (owners) strata corporation as it is part of the “common property”. Additionally the rental manager leases some storage areas in the lower level storage room.
